To be frank, I HATE this movie because it gives me such a rollercoaster feeling. Happy at first but a few minutes later confused and then i laughed again.
So many funny moments here. Humor mixed with awkwardness make 2 hours pass by.
But in that long enough span of time, I wasn't even captivated by the love story of Charles and Carrie. Makes me wonder is this really a RomCom movie???
Honestly, the story about Charles and his friends waayyyyy more interesting. Come on, why would anyone have to sink for Andie MacDowell's selfish and callous character???
Despite the fact that this movie was highly ranked and nominated in Oscar, "shallow" is one word that fit to describe. Sorry not sorry.
Bit overrated but Hugh Grant's appearance can't be denied. He was succesfully being a pity but lovely englishman.
